These Terms apply to the use of f8core, a real-time photo delivery software developed by DesignVAE. By using the application, you agree to use the product only for lawful event and photography-related purposes.

All features, limits, and capabilities are based on the selected plan. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or attempt to disrupt the system may result in suspension or termination of access.

Account & Access

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity performed through the account will be considered the responsibility of the account owner.

Access to features such as QR sharing, live display, and face match is controlled through the user dashboard.

Payments & Subscription

f8core operates on a subscription-based model. Access to paid features will be enabled only after successful payment.

• All payments are non-refundable once the subscription is activated

• Trial access, if provided, is limited and subject to feature restrictions

Photo Data & Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the content they upload, share, or distribute through f8core.

• Ensure you have the right to capture and share photos

• Obtain necessary permissions from event participants if required

• Avoid uploading or sharing restricted, sensitive, or unlawful content

f8core does not claim ownership of uploaded photos but provides tools for delivery and access.

System Performancey

f8core is designed for real-time photo delivery; however, performance may vary based on:

• Internet connectivity

• Device capability

• Camera setup and workflow

We do not guarantee exact delivery times in all environments.

Third-Party Dependencies

f8core may rely on external services such as hosting, cloud storage, or network infrastructure. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party systems or services.

Privacy & Face Recognition

Features like AI Face Match are provided to enhance user experience. Users should ensure responsible usage and inform guests if face-based filtering is enabled.

f8core does not guarantee 100% accuracy in face matching.

Updates & Changes

f8core may update features, pricing, or policies at any time to improve the product. Continued use of the software after updates implies acceptance of the latest Terms.
